There 2 fuses on the mainboard, I had check I can remember the name but I think it is F1 or F2? They are located by the edge of the board. thanks

Hi, I just change all 4 damper in 1614. Ink is refilled in damper and also ink coming in the cap as well when I do cleaning. 10 time cleaning done but I try to print nozzels check, nothing is printing. What I am doing wrong. Please help.

Just change megenta damper but on nozzle check 1 box of megenta show and other box disapear. 1 time I got both boxes back. after few cleaning cycles it disappear. what can go wrong. Please help. Many thanks

vj1204 Check the fuse on main board. It is next heat sink. It has written on it F2 fuse. Just change it. you will in business. Also check F7 and F6 Fuses as well. They are different from F2. Good luck.
