    thank you for responding and yes we checked f2 also replaced f2 {just because} we think the head is fried ,but we are not certain,we need a head that has any test nozzles firing so we can see if buying a new head is feasable.

    we replaced our dx5 head with new head and ribbons,and now we have no print at all.we have checked all 8 fuses on main board ,and all is good we have put a second set of ribbons on head. and still nothing .head is full of ink, changed cr board, just dont know where to look.any help or guidance...
