I started out by having a company run my prints for me and i would do the install. You can find companies that will print and lam for 4-6 bucks a square foot depending on media. I still have them do large prints or high square footage prints if im tied up with other jobs.

i use motosports templates for my MX graphics and they are pretty spot on i also use substance vinyl and havent had any problems with it either.

it can be screen printed transfers if they are simple designs or just regular cut heat transfer material or eco-solv printed heat transfer material.

no camera but my desk is a mess and it flows over to the extra desk and sometimes work table not to mention the embroidery table. You dont want to see the screen printing area. lol

i agree . i would outline the text in the second color if you want to make it two colors. the orange will get lost in any color other than darks colored shirts so you will need a contrast to keep the image sharp. if you put it on dark shirts though you will need a base coat of white so you trun...

I use b2 signs for my large banners and never had a problem with them. Their prices are so good that it makes me never want to make another banner again.

A good quality jpeg should be good if its single color and already scaled to size. the gray will have to be halftoned out. Customers come in all the time with crappy jpegs that they want me to use and i make it work with certain plugins in photochop. Thats a simple print if you print straight...

If no one here does them I can do them for you. I mostly do them for my brand but also do some custom ones for friends. I use Substance vinyl with 15mil lam.

digital print is slow but screen printing and embroidery are pretty good right now with the city sports teams starting up again. Banners are soon to follow.
