  12. Perf and or cut through issues. Jagged paper. What knife is best 45 or 60 degree.

    I've been cutting quite a bit of decals and the edges are rough and slightly jagged. I've change the blade to an brand new one and I still get the jagged edge.   13. Cut Frosted vinyl should I be using a high tack transfer tape?

    I'm having a hard time getting the frost vinyl to stick to the medium tack transfer tape. I've also adjusted my cutting depth to insure I wasn't locking the vinyl down into the backing. Should I be using a higher tack transfer tape? 3m Scotchcal Frosted vinly Rtape transfer tape paper and clear.
