It's not quite right that either. The "S" has no sharp inside corners as Bank Gothic has, and the font is too broad in the letters. Best regards Tony

I know, but it's still not quite right. The "S" i too long in the ends, and the "E" has equal lenghts on the arms in Eurostile. I can edit the letters so that it looks similar enough, but in case I have to make other letters I wondered if anybody recognized it. Best regards Tony

We have a SG-540 too, and I have never seen the print head come out for the cutting operation. That has to be the issue here. #Cornholio; that sounds fairly easy to do... is it though? Good luck Tony

I do a clean install of Flexi on the new machine, and then I copy the whole programfolder to a backup location just in case something crashes afterwards. Then I copy over the old settings/files from the folders under SAi Production Suite; CASFonts, Filters, Fsfonts, Jobs and Settings, Profiles...

Hi. I think that if the machine finds the marks it does not matter if you are a little of center. If you are far off the mark the machine will fail to find the marks, and will not procede. Best regards.
