We have an illustrator file, put a cut line on and printed. The front half is different color on one of the graphics than back half(doing a wrap for a suv )in 2 parts. I see the problem we need a layer moved around. We use Corel so not familiar with AI. Can somebody change this for me?

Anybody know of a place to get sublimatable stepping stools? The tiles you would sublimate? Have been getting from a supplier, but they are warped and paint damaged. Thanks

Doesn't seem to matter if it is lots of ink or not. Both seem to shrink.

Supplier is saying to use 3651, what is everyone's thoughts on this?

I guess it is 1/16" shrinkage. Could it be the glue on the back or the vinyl shrinking?

We use Oracle 3641 and shrinking is about 1/4"?

We use a Roland SP540 to print our decals/signs. We let them gas off for a least 24 hours. We have been noticing on some of our past job that the vinyl is shrinking. Any suggestions what is happening and how to fix this problem?

Another thing,will it work on a newly finished wall? Do you have to laminate this? It will be going behind acrylic? Any thought? Thanks

Yes, regular or high setting on this roland. Just curious what profile in Versa Works people use. I see the heat setting that is needed on the DreamScape site. Any more suggestions?

When printing a job which requires two passes, the second pass won't print completely aligned with the first one??? I've already performed the line feed calibration, head aligment,but no sucess, still off. Tried calling Summa and they will not return call and tried calling dealer and they said...

My SP540V has problems finding crops marks once in awhile. Is there a way to stop it once it does not detect them on the first try. I want to stop it and retry instead of waiting a few minutes until it says crop mark not detected.

Have a SP540V and having crop mark issues. I print,laminate, then cut. When I try to find crop marks it usually takes a half and hour or more. Is there any tricks or maybe a sensor to adjust? It eventually finds them but takes a lot of time. Any suggestions?..
