I have started using this and it does work well in Illustrator. We have not yet been able to make it work in CorelDraw X6. I save the file as PDF, add to versaworks, and it does not recognize the color. What am I doing wrong?

We are having an issue that I believe is related to alignment. I have performed the manual head alignment as per the service manual and the soft calibrations but I still get a bit of a shadow. The pictures are from before the manual alignment. It is better, but not great. Any Ideas?
