Hi I'm having horizontal banding issues, and I thought that doing a media compensation adjustment would fix the problem, but I found out another issue: the black lines printed to do the adjustment are coming with a weird banding. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix that? I attached a picture...

I just got a mimaki jv33 and has bourdeaux inks but i cannot find LMag and LCyan. Does any have used nazdar inks? any reviews or advise? Thanks

Hey guys, I bought a mutoh valuejet 1304 that was sitting for a year without being used. I unclogged the lines, soaked the head until cleaning solution was coming out nice and clean. After that, I pulled from the waste lines through the capping station. Everything was successful but still is...

I really like the mimaki as you say, but I don't have any experience with mutoh. what type of heads the valuejet uses? Artbot said that I have to stay away from the DX4 heads. Do you know what type of heads the Valuejet 1324 have? ?I've been trying to contact the seller but he's not answering.

I got a Mimaki Jv3, so far no complaints. It's a little slow but reliable, but I got offered a used mutoh valuejet 1324. I think it's newer but I dont know if I should get the mutoh and get rid of the old mimaki. What do you guys think.

I've used 2 different profiles and the same result. I'll clean the encoder strip first thing in the morning and I'll be really careful making sure the printer is off. thank you for everyone's help

How can I clean the sensor or the encoder strip?

I measured the printing and it's about 1/4 of an inch crooked. I also added a picture of the banner, but it's hard to see the problem since the printing quality is good. It's just crooked.

It's stairstepping. I double checked the material and the material is aligned perfectly, so it's not a media issue. I'm printing a test right now, so as soon as I have a picture I'll post it.

Hi guys, I've had a Mimaki jv3 160s for quite a while and I never had or saw the problem I'm facing. The printing is good quality, but is slanted. Colors, quality is good, but is really crooked on the material. Has anybody have seen the same problem? Please help.
