Hello rjssigns The indication for deflection is the line on the nozzle check printed bold ? (as if printed twice ) How can we solve the deflection problem ? Thanks

Manually you cant do it. Is there an option in color rip ?

Is the head in the low position ?

How is your nozzle check ? You can print the test in the cleaning menu to get the nozzle check. I did get an almost similar problem in the past and it was caused by the dampers . Might be same for you. Please post a picture of the nozzle check state

Hello I finally repaired the machine.The problem was with the ink.I tried all the possibilities but could not sort out the problem.Finally the only possiblity was the ink.I replaced the ink cart did several powerful cleaning. Print is now perfect. Thank you all for support

The head arrived to end of life for black and magenta. i was getting missing nozzles on metallic. The machine did not print metallic for long period.i tried several cleaning still nozzles were not recoverable. Precision : the head was bought from Roland so its original.
