I was able to wade my way through the job - I actually used transfer tape, "re-drew" the cutter marks with a sharpie, and prayed real hard and it worked. Not sure which part fixed the problem, but when cutting reflective now, I do all three. :rock-n-roll:

Anyone have any success with print plots on Graphtec plotters using reflective? Im having trouble with X and Y errors when trying to cut this reflective that we printed on. Its a nightmare and I cant get anyone at Graphtec to help. I get errors about "Sense Level Not Enough" so when I adjust...

I had a similar situation occur but canned both employees before it got physical at work. They ended up duking it out somewhere else, some of the guys heard about it from one or the other, but it wasnt at our shop.

We allow everyone a break in the morning and in the afternoon. Our work day is from 9am-6pm so breaks are at 10:30 and 3:30 and they take them like clockwork. Lunchbreaks are 30 minutes to an hour un-paid.

We also only use 380 for Sprinters and Transit trucks. The 180 is just as easy to use for 95% of your applications and you can match it up with warranty products.

We have grey epoxy paint and it works out nicely; we also have 2 mats that are 36" x 120" that we place on each side of the vehicle when the guys go to work on it so they can crawl/stand/sit comfortably.
