Well, I got all my bugs worked out and it is printing quite swell now. The sad news is the better half is telling me I need to find something smaller, as it really is too large for our office. It's now up for sale... Thanks for everyone's advice and help here. John

Ruckusman, that was my assessment as well. I think the little "Rubber" is worn out on the yellow one, I did install it the same as the others were... same problem. We'll see if a new one fixes it. I thought of switching dampers around, but don't feel like the mess again today!
