    having the same problem..did you solve it? I have been having very similair issues, I cant cut anything detailed I'm going to try different locations for the arrow on top of the blade holder but it makes no sence that that would cause it....but on the other hand why is it there?

    Upgrade your ram SSD's are great in conjunction with alot of ram & a good processor. Using a superfast SSD with small ram is like trying to squeeze an elephant through a keyhole. Max out your ram & i'm sure you'll see a big difference.
