Hey guys I am running the Triangle JVS inks right now and I am having a wicked cyan overspray that I cannot get fixed. Anyone else using 3rd party inks having this problem?

I would change back the encoder strip and start checking the dampers, manifolds, and lines. I just had one of my Black lines break in the carridge out of no where the other day. I still have the top of my machine apart just to keep an eye on things.

Try swapping the cables from the black to the magenta and try a test draw to confirm. I have had that happen and it ended up being the head cables being worn. But that does look like a nasty crease. I have a few parts printers if you need any parts.

If you have onxy you can dual boot use the drivers from your set up disc thats how I print with mine I used an older macbook it runs onyx better than most PC's ever have for me.

Alright well I have it printing great in uni-directional. This will work for awhile till I can figure out the bi-directional. Still any input would be great. Thanks!

I have set up my mimaki and I was printing some things out of onyx and I had is at 720 varidot 8 pass bi-directional but when it started printing it would say 720x720 but what what printing was like 360x360 4 pass uni-directional. It's a new printer to me so I'm unsure what I'm missing any help...

My JV3 is dropping color after sitting. I put new capping tops on all the heads tried changing to the bigger dampers on one to test. No change. If I go into the #parameter check pattern and do a 720x720 100% on all the colors individually then go back and do a test print its almost all ok then...

Hey guys just picked this printer up cleaned it all out someone let it sit. I cleaned all the heads recovered 3 put a new one in. Got it all running did a few test draws to make sure I got all the ink into the dampers. Now it wont do a test draw or print. Just stopped any ideas?
