    I just called our local glass shop and they said that the back windows are tempered and that they will take up to 800 degrees and that it should be fine. Strange, I always heard not to. So I guess if the customer wants it and I don't have to take the responsibility then I guess it's a go.

    Love you design. This is a hard situation. If you wrapped the car with the same design but without the words on it would they still have a problem with it?? If so do and underlay then its only visible at an angle.

    What would you guys charge for this install?

    We charge $110 and hour and I would charge 2 hours for the install. Not sure how far away they are from you but if they are over 30 minutes away we would charge trip time also.

    you have a very nice print room but isn't that a Latex printer not a solvent or eco-solvent. I do agree though I have been in the business for over 24 years and I haven't been any side effects from UV, Eco-Solvent, Latex or Screen Printing Inks.

    I agree with the others, hard decision. We went to XPS Shipping where you can see what UPS, FedEX and USPS rates are all in one spot. Yes FedEx is more but more reliable in our area.

    You can buy a corner rounder for a couple hundred dollars.

    Does anyone know where to find the Sericol UVijet adhesion promoter for glass or acrylic. I can't find at any of our distributors.
