  1. inductors?

"L" always refers to an inductor in circuit schematics and boards. I found this part# CL02BE181 in the service manual. Hope it helps.
  2. Versa Camm SP540 - Lines in the prints, please help

What Rip software are you using? If its Versaworks it may be a wrong profile setting. For example you are using a Matte Calendered Vinyl profile (MCVP) but you are printing in a Glossy Vinyl.
  3. Test Print - Half Yellow

    Replace Damper...
  4. Help Needed, New Heads Going Bad

Your problem is definitely the ink. I would consider changing ink to at least RedGiant brand but you'll have to flush the lines and print heads to avoid clogging problems, using cleaning cartridges.
  5. sp540 cut/print waaay off

Question... Does it happen on one side of the material and the it starts to close the gap between print and cut? Or the gap is even along the print?
  6. print heads not firing

Some ideas Hi, 1. Clean the encoder with alcohol 2. If the head carriage board led is not on, check the cables that come from the Main Board to the head carriage. 2. If printer says "temperature low" your black printhead may be damaged but first make sure the cables are properly inserted...
  7. Ink some how drain in waste bottle daily?!!

My best guess is that printer is not leveled and the ink is flowing towards the printhead, even though you haven moved the machine make sure its leveled. Another idea is to check the auto-cleaning intervals. how much minutes pass between every cleaning or is it off?
  8. Roland VS-540 question

It all depends on how fast do you want your printer to be, i haven't seen any issues with full width off, just faster printing. The setting is not on Versaworks its only on the printer menu.
  9. Can you judge my testprint please?

Calibration Maybe the printhead needs bias/vertical calibration, horizontal and bi-directional too, not sure if K is the key printhead on your printer. Ive seen this on other Roland printers and with proper calibration they worked fine.
