My solution to this problem...Open InterCon NetTool ...Actions/Restart try to print again...problem solved!!!

Bought an used roland sp540v (have another one yet) it's has clogged print head but still power up..until i plugged directly to the wall outlet for a test and forgot to disconnect by night.. (the island has problems with electricity supply since Hurricane Maria) went i came to see the printer...

Check the Ribbon cables of the printheads if one of them is loose the printer don't power on.

Checking others post to found the problem ...they are taking about the linear bearing and the carriage bearings,(printing head and cutting heads) so i manually run the cutting carriage across the rail and no grinding sound came from the carriage but when i send cutting data , the carriage made...
