    Yes I did alternate the panels in the rip and my colors matched good so thats a plus.

    Thanks FatCat That's what I thought. Most of our designs come from our clients so I can't change that. Thought about printing smaller tile (6'x4') and having more seams do you think that would salve the problem or just create more miss alignment?

    I am printing large murals and can not get my tile to line up to one another. I have been told by a service tech that a 1/8" differance in lenght for a 12' mural is with in Rolands tolerance. Is this average for all printer?
