MY only advise is make sure not to short yourself on time and labor...Mark up your materials to whatever you think is fair...But don't cut yourself short on time...Or you'll loose your a$$. :thumb:

I will try the feed calibration with a new roll and see what that does... I am running all 7 of the pinch rollers. I use the plastic rollers on the ends of the roll, and do not have the felt roller brake on...

Hi guys, Just wondering what some of you might have to say about this issue I am having, and if it can be fixed? (Roland SP540v) When I run off of a new roll (50 yd. x 54'') the prints band quite a bit, I have to pre-feed and put some slack in the media so its not pulling/feeding right off...

I have a US Tech (Master Wearhouse) laminator, not the same model, but somewhat similar and had nothing but problems with it about 3 months in to owning it...They are built cheap...And yes, they are built in China. Also, this new one looks to be a rip off of my Seal Base 60...But would imagine...

The shades of the image are all darkened and over saturated...Many of the hues are way off as well...The grays turn completely green, ect.

Thanks Malkin. I just went through all of that stuff again, and it's all set to US Web Coated (Swop) v2... Something else is going on...I went and took the CMYK from PS, and brought it in to AI, and it looked correct in AI as CMYK. But i then exported it as an EPS to VersaWorks, and it...

It's almost like the CMYK file in PS is being exported as an RGB, and that's why its not coming in to VW correctly... Anyone have an idea of what PS may be doing to the CMYK file to mess it up as its exported? I went through color management setting is PS and haven't been able to find...
