I'm trying to do a Flexcut with our Summa D160. We use FlexiSign/Production Manager. I have made it work so it starts the Flexcut but it stops a short ways into the job. When it stops, the LCD on the Summa says "PANEL". I'm not sure why it is stopping or how to get it to continue?

Could you point me to some resources about i1 and making profiles in Flexi?

Have had no issues since lowering the temp. So I assume the print head is still ok also. Thanks.

They don't have one for IJ40 vinyl and we haven't had much luck with the ones they do have there.

Appears to have been a heat issue. With the heat settings too high it caused the vinyl to expand and ripple between the rollers. Possible started occurring because the humidity dropped with the arrival of winter.

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good color profile for the combination od Mimaki JV33 and Flexi10 printing on 3M IJ40? We have a terrible time with some colors, specifically solid red.

possible causes? solutions? Maybe the vacuum isn't working right, how would I tell? Would the temp being too hot cause the vinyl to expand and ripple?

We are having issues with our Mimaki JV33 leaving repeated streaks/smudges on media. We've tried different colour, pass and vacuum settings. Attached is a sample image of the issue. Does any have any solutions?
