Looking for purchase of a manifold for my DX5 print head. I need the part asap and am looking for a US vendor. International may take too long to arrive. Mutoh VJ1204
That's exactly what I've done, I moved them down but I still have really bad ones and it is stopping me from printing anything larger than 24" material because of the black marks... They couldn't give me a time when they would ship so I'm stuck in a bad place! I'm in Louisiana.
All: I am looking for a good vendor to replace my pinch rollers. I really do not want to pay 26.00/each for these when I know some company is making them for pennys. I welcome all suggestions.
We've been using oraguard 210 on all of our laminating needs. After about 4 years it will start turning brown and eventually black. It's a lot worse when exposure is in direct sunlight for long periods of time. We are looking to change to a longer lasting product. Any suggestions?
When you changed your head, you had to unplug the cable on the head... We'll more than likely it is that cable that is not fully connected. Check that.
I'm still fighting this same issue. Since I changed my print head I am getting this exact problem..(did not have this problem before) Have a new encoder on the printer too. I keep hearing its the cap or station but I dont think so... thinking about changing the print head cable..
Can anybody point me in the right direction? Looking for a vendor that specializes in Gas signs with
The electronic price built in it. Remote controlled from in the store.
Hey Fat Cat,
I got it. It was the dampers on the black for some reason they were not flowing right. They were full. You know how they are usually about half to 3/4 full well these were maxed out full. So I pushed and pulled some with a syring on them and they began to flow correctly now.
Just replaced print head. Replaced encoder strip about 2 months ago. I have all new dampers and now I'm getting this weird streaking to one end of my print and in specific areas on the print. Can this be an encoder issue? I did not replace the encoder with OEM; we went with aftermarket...
