we have been thinking of purchasing a foot shear for use on our aluminum and ACP sheets. Most of the shears that ive found are for 16ga steel. our aluminum is .080" which works out to about 12ga. Anyone using a shear for cutting blanks? will a 16ga shear work on .080" aluminum?
