When sandblasting HDU, I also like the Anchor Super Stick, but I always coat the HDU with Sikkens first. It give the stencil more to hold onto. You can also use Deft Furniture lacquer. Just roll it on heavy, and it makes HDU very receptive to and type of sandblast stencil. Hope this helps. Rob...

You can use your plotter to cut that oversized job. I usually do a pen plot, then a cut plot. Works great! then you snadblast it, remove the stencil and it would look just like laser carving. Hope this helps
