    Hi we have numerous Ricoh Gen 4 print heads from our Jeti HDC, that were involved in a head strike. Does anyone know of a place that can repair the print heads? When flushing the heads all the Jets appear still there. It seems to be an electronic problem. Any ideas? Thanks, Mike
