This happens to me all the time on our 8000, I put masking tape over the registration marks and re-mark them with a ruler and either a sharpie or wax pencil. That usually does the trick. Sometimes I also have to move the vinyl as far from the right side as I can.
using onyx 10, have tried tiff, jpeg, eps, pdf, rasterized, not rasterized. print files look fine. media makes no difference, tried shiffting colors with no luck.
been using the HP L25500 for three + years, print lots of wraps, high end graphics. I have never encountered this issue. tried several different ways to create this gradient but no matter what I do i get this blue line at the end of the gradient. started in Photoshop with a layer style, then...
I am looking for the base profile for HP's Photo-realistic poster paper. I am doing some profiling today and lost the old profile. HP's site has a dead link for that media and didn't know if anyone had that profile they could send me, or know where it is located on their site. I have an HP...
check out some of the wraps at aurora graphics. I have never purchased or printed one of their files before, but might be better than paying someone to design something for you.

Have you tried using cutting master from graphtec? I just looked and it is not available for that specific model, but it is for the FC4200. Might try that and see if it works.
There are two ways you could go about it. One you could have the circle punched through the vinyl and the backing, this would leave little "tabs" on the final product. What I would do is have two cut lines, the first would cut out the circle, then set one about an 1/8 or 1/4 inch outside of that...
Say I were printing 50 circles, 5 rows of 10, it will do this at the start of each row for the first quarter to half inch of the circle, then be fine for the rest of the circle, but it will do this for every row.
We are running a L25500 and are having some color issue, not sure if it is ink dropout or what. This will happen randomly so I know it's not a profile issue. It's as if the Cyan head stops firing in between areas of ink and no ink. We called HP not to long ago and the told us that this is...
We had an issue where all of our perf was lifting, turned out it was the lam. It was a calendered lam that was shrinking in the heat causing the edges to lift. It was General Formulations optically clear. I guess they have changed to a cast film now.
I am looking for a vender recommendation to make some item tags. These are 2 1/8 inches wide and 2 3/8 tall with a 3/16 inch hole punched and folded in half. We would need around 200 so I didn't know if it was worth it to try and do it in house.
Any help is appreciated.
We have a big magnetic job board our main room, each job goes in a folder and hung in the appropriate area, Artwork needed/proof to customer/print ect. After reading this I setup a trello account, and that seems to work great for our four person shop.
