Well, ours was also new, but someone damaged it during installation of machine, or later. And it were barely visible small fractures. and restart as our operator says.

can you take a picture of the result? and how does it print without ionizer? We had same problem once, but restart of whole machine helped with that. Other time the encoder strip was damaged.
