Hi gang, can anyone identify this font? Looks like some type of Slab Serif with angled serifs. I thought this one was going to be really easy, but I've looked everywhere and can't find it. Thanks in advance!

You can also take a look at Penn Emblem out of Philadelphia. They do nice work and have been in business since the late 1940s.

Tony, IMO the bottom one is better (with SIGN in RED) ... it grabs your attention more than the one above (with Gray & Black text). My only suggestion would be to maybe add a thin White stroke around the Black "S" icon to help pull it out of the Black background a bit, leave the Gray and Red...

The Arlon 3590 Lam is fine for individual helmet decals, not so great for the helmet wraps.

No need to take the helmet apart. This was just one of a handful of templates that we created. Each brand/model of helmet requires a unique template based on the shape of the actual helmet (shell). We don't do any one-offs, just team orders.
