You want autoload on. It feeds a bunch of material through so that it has slack in the roll. This way when its speeding through the cutting its not jerking the roll causing tracking issues.

I was running the HP 115 with the cutter and as far as I know you're just limited to an HP printer and HP Cutter. I just purchased a Summa S2 T140 to replace the HP cutter and ended up having to upgrade Flexi to use the cutter, a $995 upgrade.

I just bought the HP 115 print/cut, moving up from an older Roland and I have the same issue. I've been using a calendared 3M and the backing paper seems to "stick" in the drying area. It's been frustrating. I'm going to purchase some HP calendared and see if I have the same issues.
