In my opinion everything is fine with head. Try to change head data cable (tape).

I checked in our jv33 and you must change parameter "41 model" to number 3 (this is jv33 130cm)

When you turn on the machine you need hold left and right buttons together to reach parameter menu. Look for parameter ''41 model'' and try change to other number.

Hi I think that you load too much ink for such small objects or the ink dot is to large for them. Try to print with less ink density.

try changing the head data cable into a new one, if that doesn't work change head

first try cleaning the encoder (use alcohol :bushmill:) and encoder sensor (with air ) or replace them if they are in bad state, chack also head data cable. perform calibrations once again. In the worst case it can be slider board or mainboard :(

How should the fine-adjustment look like? Like my third attachment - or should there a space between the lines (att3)? You have to choose the place where the lines overlap perfectly, tommorow i will post here pics from my adjustments.

Try cleaning the encoder, it can cause your problems. If it did not help check your head slan adjust ,you can find it in your service manual but you need microscope for this.
