    I have sprayed pvc letters with Krylon, as Gino said. They lasted for years. Still up, not looking as good though, done in 90’s. They were rainbow effect.

    We had made a sign made from 10mm pvc in 2004, also gold leafed & 2 mil vinyl. customer called & wanted to renovate it. I told him the pvc was likely brittle & we probably couldn't. It wasn't! The only thing bad was the vinyl. We let the pvc flex thinking it would break. Not. Still not...

    B Board cutting.

    We put the print on the oval after we cut it. Size was 48” x 9’6”. We had guide lines on the print & the oval. All went well. I would post a pic but am having trouble figuring it out. Stupid me. We just did this on 1/8” pvc.
