Hello. Jfx200 is giving me errors, UV lamp too high. Checked error list and it's error 706 UV unit over heat. Water levels all good just not sure if the pump is working. Anyone had this error? Thanks

Actually the 2 means it is in the Supply box where the filters and pumps are

Check for ink leak under the MBIS 111 tanks there is a ink leak sensor there. Probably the seals on the ink bottle caps

Thanks for the reply LD The techs have done a gantry alignment before but they pushed it all the way to the back of the table while the bolts where loose then tightened them sso maybe your way will fix the problem

Thanks Are you talking about the inline filters? I may have to get a tech in, I just hope he will have all the parts as the call out fee and travel costs are large. I have had to double up on the fee and travel time before because he had no parts with him.
