How's the ease of use compared to the HP9000? I've only ever used the HP9000 (and it's earlier cousin, the Seiko S64) for my solvent printing. Big learning curve or what?
Any important questions I should be asking vendors? I'll be using for wraps, d/s banners, and all the usual stuff.
Did either of you take the plunge? My shop is considering upgrading to one of these as well. Currently running an HP9000 for solvents, but it's really showing it's age now.

I am currently waiting on some new primer assemblies for my HP9000s (due to getting the end-of-life ERROR1290 message) to arrive from HP.
In the meantime, I would like to reset my counters so I can print during the 2 week...
I have a hard copy, but I cannot find any details on how to access the maintenance menu when the machine is frozen due to Error 1290. I want to reset the counters, but can't get into the maintenance menus...any help / advice?
