If it was Dampers or Manifold , wouldn't the ink stay in the line??. it seems to drain all the way to cartridge .. Thanks again

On further attempts I have found the top of the ink cartridge is popped out so its not air tight - Im guessing this would be the cause ??

Gday all... I was wondering if anyone could help in regards to a issue with Cyan.. The Cyan Ink wont pump to the head, I have tried to syringe through but it wont hold.. goes back to the main bottle.... any suggestions ??? Thanks again

Hey mike, I purchased the caps and installed myself. Un clipped the station and set caps in with springs and clipped back in. Have I missed something ??

Just replaced the Strip from yellow head to board... No Change. I went through my profiles and changed 8 pass to 4 pass.. and FMX press to error diffusion. Printing Great on the CMY.. although the Black is still scratchy looking. the nozzle test appears fine but I reacon there has to be a fault...

Yello Print @ 100% Showed the tech, thinking a signal fault as the drop out is consistent. replacing the strips today.

Just ran a test print on a 600 x 100 panel, One with yellow @100% CMK 0%... Cyan 100% MYK 0% and so on.. The yellow was the most noticeable to drop out.. Cyan and Magenta would be great when media comp is adjusted.. the Black had lines and had that scratch look. Once again the Heads new, new...
