    Can someone please seed me the Colorpainter W-64s service manual. The black ink hose has air in it and I was told to move an O-ring from the carriage to the head. Swop them and that should fix the issue. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks for replying. No they did not change out the dampers of rings. They only changed out the capping stations. Should I have the dampers and rings changed for the magenta or all the colors?
