My plotter all of a sudden has an issue turning on. Yes all connections checked and rechecked. It will turn on now only after repeated attempts. I am assuming my power supply is on its way out! Where can I get one for this machine and is it easy to do the repair myself?

So I can see the image in all of the settings. But when I get to the General Print panel, the image is gone. I zoom in, out and nothing? It does this no matter what file i upload. What went wrong? Had no issues before. Thanks, Kevin

Ok, here is my issue. If I import a file (never had an issue using and plotting from casmate) and bring it into SAI (subscription, so its current) it adds hundreds of extra points. Even if i create a file in SAI and change the text slightly, it adds hunreds of excessive points. It takes so much...

I have the subscription to flexi. But now when i open/import a file from my previous software (casmate) it adds 100's of points!!! Making plotting almost impossible. Not sure why. But now have to spend lots of time cleaning up every file!!! Any thoughts???
