Ok. I have a new bit and will try to slow it down. I have an air line blowing directly on the bit and cut area. Would this be ok? Also I have read in other places to spray the bit with wd 40 to help. Opinions on this.
I am trying to cut some letters on our router and having a hell of a time. I am using and onsrud bit (63-620) and also cutting on 5052 alum sheets. I am running @13800 max rpm and running a feed rate of 50 IPS, but getting build up on the bit and ruining the cut. Any advice?
In my opinion(which my be only worth 2 cents!)

You could use 3m Preferred installers also.

Our laminator is in our production area with our printers. Dust is so hard to keep under control. We try hard to keep fabrication out of this area and clean as often as possible. As we run prints through the laminator we use microfibers on the prints to collect as much dust and debris as...

Do you guys fall back on a manufactures warranty or do you offer your own?
Does the MCS warranty come into play?
Have you ever had to make a claim with 3M or Avery?
We recently got approval for the MCS warranty and was curious to see what you guys thought about it and if you use it as a sales...
