    Sign supplier I've only ordered aluminum sign blanks from www.hallsigns.com . Price was good and quality was great. Did although take 5 days to be shipped, depending on how fast you need them.

    Acm I believe if I tighten it down to the side of the trailer the seams on the trailer will cause a ripple effect when it is pulled against it.

    May help Check and make sure you have enough blade stick out from your holder. There are a couple YouTube video on this but I set mine the thickness of my fingernail and go from there. You want to have enough blade to cut the vinyl but not dull it on the backing. Also if it is getting hung up...

I had to talk him into letting me move his email from the door as it was way too cluttered. I used cast vinyl on the logo itself...
