Was running some 3M HIP sheeting yesterday. I noticed the printer was smoking and was doing something to the sheeting. Almost like melting it in spots. It has a funny smell and only does it when it is printing. Everything seems to look fine on the printer. Anyone ever see this?

instead of the cross cut blade. I am having to manually cut off each sheet. The whole cross cut process is fine except the needle is dropping instead of the blade. Everything else is fine. Anyone ever have this problem?

What would cause this? Test print is fine. Other colors print fine.
