Randy, I had a certified Mutoh tech come out to install. He also said that something else was missing that should have been there. But whatever it's fixed now and i'll mail the old print head to signwarehouse to see what they have to say about it.

all right, for all you guys wondering how everything turned out.. i will give you the low down.. New Motherboard, but wait that isn't all! Signwarehouse screwed me over.. no numbers on my print heads, and turns out they are aftermarket print heads.. and no i've never had these replaced...

Hey oldog i will let you know.. i found a tech 5.5 hours from me and they are coming out next week to take a look at it.. so i will keep you updated as to what is wrong.. have you found anything else out about yours?

on the power supply board there is a green light that stays on, and then a red light will flash above it.. and the fan twitches as well. on the motherboard.. all red lights. I unplugged about all the connections and plugged them back in as well to hopefully get rid of some crud in there.

you bet I did all the obvious first.. the display screen won't even come on.. when I press the on button it does a flash of red on the data.. then nothing.. because of that.. they think it's the motherboard.

Summit i'm not sure why it went out.. i got the runaround from tech support... I had used it that morning.. turned it off.. then realized 20 minutes later I forgot to print something.. so I went to turn it on; and it wouldn't turn on... I jumped on here and read some threads about leaving it...
