Update. Got the parts did the install today. Took about 3 hrs with a buddies help. Relly simple and straight forward. Printer is up and running after a few diag checks. Thanks for the answers, this saved me a boat load of money.

yeah the bottom trolley wheel exploded. What little i can find on it you have to dismantle the entire head and re calibrate everything. I would love to hear it isnt that bad.

check the silicone on your clamp rollers. over time the glue gives way and the start to slide. had the same thing happen to me a few months back. replace the rollers )no the whole assembly) and it should go away. remember the two outside rollers are tapered.

we had the same problem the "experts" came out and aligned it three times. Still had the same problem. Finally they gave us the new rollers and it solved the problem.

Which set of roll holders you have. the old style where you have to hammer in the end caps or the new style where the take up roll is larger and has the "click in ends"
