  4. Failed to load pluging module fspreprod.dll

    Everything worked fine last night then today I went in to print and turned the printer on and flexi cloud was still on but the rip and print icon was missing. I shut everything down and restarted and get "Failed to load plugin module fspreprod.dll". I have not been able to remedy this issue...
