Your original post is a bit confusing. Isn't the RasterLink Pro a print and cut rip like Versaworks? Why would you go back to Illustrator? You should be able to send 1 file over to the rip with the main artwork in CMYK or RGB with a single spot color called out for the cut path. *(CutContour)...

Why not convert all spots to cmyk before you send it to Versawork? By sending spots over you are relying on VW spot conversions instead of Adobe's which IMHO are pretty good depending on your output profile.

We used the Dreamscape non adhesive backed (standard wallpaper fabric) it was a nice sand type matte. It damaged easily. Bottom line we ended up using an old school HP-9000 standard solvent printer and a professional wallpaper installer.

Is the chrome material eco solvent compatabile? If so I would use low heat for certain. Having said that I have tried printing on silver foil with eco sol and it just wiped off.
