Hello all, we've run into an ink supply issue here in Canada with the M5 GX inks (3M Approved) and can't seem to find out when they will be back in stock.
Wondering if anyone knows where in the USA sells the M5 GX inks and if they are locally in stock that I could buy and ship to Canada...
We've come across a request for the Llumar dusted crystal but can't get access to the material. We would like to find a match to it but we can't get a sample of it. Does anyone know of a material or close match to this?

Hi all so we're starting to look at getting into backlighting dimensional lettering (like photos-dont know if they uploaded, writing on phone) and i've got a few questions that I'm just not too sure of the led placement etc.. My thought on construction would be the acrylic face, pinned with a...
Hi All, the distributor that I've been using for Gen Form (etch) here is no longer carrying them so wondering if anyone else knows where I can purchase Gen form(etch)?

Hi all,
We're no stranger to dimensional lettering but we've got a job right now that has us stumped on which materials to use and how to install. We have 6 letters at 47" high (30" AFF), looking for some thickness (maybe 3/8" - 1/2"), spaced off the wall accordingly, and black colour. My first...
Hi All, we don't normally do signage on items like this but we have a really good client looking to have their logo put on a couple seacans. They're fairly corrugated so wondering if there are any tips anyone could share to help with the install. Their logo is very simple, 5 letters @ 36" is...
Recently took old design PC and turned it into a dedicated RIP station. The PC is now in the printer room away from the design PC. To avoid getting up all the time to work in the RIP, I have setup RDC connections to log into the RIP station to control it from the design PC. I'm running into an...
So I have a weird problem. This is the first time its ever happened and I've printed this type of file before (the pattern in the file not the file type). Its a very simple gradient of a spot colour (50"w x 110"h white - Labelled Spot1) with an effect in which Onyx (10.2.5) renders correctly...
In the past we have ordered from Technilite here in Canada for an LED edge lit track for mounting to glass/acrylic signs. The company no longer sells these or anything like them (see photos). Been googling and can't find anything. Does anyone know of a supplier (hopefully in Canada) that may...
I've always had this issue from day one with this printer (epson s50-670). With long runs (40ft or more) the material moves back and forth on the take up roller (almost like a zig zag when its rolling up). Currently printing a large job that is a continuous print the entire length of a roll...
I'm looking for a template file for a 2016 chevy silverado 1500 ltz. Weve got a new company vehicle and want to put down some rock chip guard but dont want to have to buy a package for the 1 template that will only be used once.

I'm looking at alternate options and wondering if anyone has tried solvent printing to the Arlon/Calon 3200G optically clear laminate??? Is this material easy to use?
Also looking for any solvent printable optically clear materials. I have tried:
3M 8150 - prints great but comes expensive...

So I'm a big fan of the Microsoft surface series (Owned surface pro 3 and now surface book). They have a lot of pros about them and for a laptop/tablet they're great. I'm a big fan that you can get the i7 processors with a large amount of RAM (HD space not an issue as I carry around an external...
I had ordered some parts for our Seiko w64s through these guys and being 14 hours time difference the response time was fantastic (i email during the day, they email at night and I get the response in the morning). Everything was great, parts ordered, shipping confirmed... that's when it went...
I've got an issue with my Y printhead (assuming its the damper in the head), I've tried soaking it for a couple hours in NMP fluid and my Y ink is still dropping out. It started with Air in the Y line, replaced multiple "o"rings and have finally got the line sealed up and still having issues...
I've run into this issue before and couldn't ever get it to work itself out, but I can't get anything to work on these giant sheets (130" long)!
I've played with the tension on the take up, as well as adjusted the media advance rate while it's printing but its still showing these band marks...
So I've been stumped with a font and my client is in a super rush to get an approval to building owners to sign off on before the leave town today. Client is trying to track down the name of their font, but I was hoping that maybe someone in the community would be able to get it before my client...
