FIXED... turned out to be communication language. Not sure why it didnt work though because it was set to AUTO. When i changed it to HPGL it worked. Thanks for all the help guys!

I tried that as well, did not fix issues.

I thought that at first but i tried to go back in Signlab and it would not connect either. I also shut down both the computer and plotter thinking maybe some kind of data link was stuck and that did not correct the issue.

I would not recommend doing that. I went from signlab to Flexi, best move i ever made. Flexi has a lot more bells and whistles. I would try to get a demo or something from signlab before i forked up the money to switch.

Update Well I got it going again, should have done this first when it was a communication error. Just restarted the printing computer everything worked fine.

Keep getting this error when trying to get a 8' banner printed for a customer... it seems to be happening at different times ( tried 3 times). Checked all the problems listed online and that dont seem to fix it. I checked the connection, the software( seems to working fine), any ideas?
