    Hello all, we're still learning our new Colex. Trying to cut 4.5" tall letters from 6mm dibond. The cuts are really nice but the letters start to move around while routing and it gets wonky, do I need to use dynamic bridges or is there a better way?

    Found the issue the lower ink station is on a slider and there are two grey clips that keep it forward, the right clip was snapped off. I have it working temporarily but I don't think this is a part that has a replacement :(

    Haven't had an issue with the printer 'till today. It's showing Light Magenta and Light Cyan cartridges as missing, I've reseated them, replaced with a new one, rebooted, power cycle, erase the EEPROM still no luck. Anyone run across this? **edit** We've used HP cartridges from day one.
