so jsut went back to my printer to do a test print and the caps had ink in them? they were full. what does that mean?

i only run mine on low head height. there has been different times where the cyan doesn't print properly then it was magenta then black. im wondering if its a carriage/print board? i am going to do the dampeners this weekend. i also noticed a lot of ink around the caps last cpl days

ok guys here's a update. i haven't switched the dampeners yet but im going to. i did a small print today and the last cpl inches of it went all messed up. over spray and stuff but then printed the crop marks ok then my test print came out perfect. any ideas. im thinking its a the print head...

If i a run a normal clean it prints fine again the main board was replaced a few years ago. they are and i did just replace them. i used a syringe to draw in thru and listen for air leaks and i didnt hear any. i havent done the dampeners. i have about 10 or so of them here and new manifolds...

yes the tops have ink in them no bubbles in the lines i can see. have new wipers and cap station. Heads get wiped around the egde once or twice a week. head hasnt touched anything. It literally finished printing and i pressed print for the next file
