Our machine was stalled for more than 4 weeks due to lack of ink supply from Fuji..
Received the inks yesterday, fighting really hard for clogged white nozzle..
Any help ? How to go about it..

We have a huge order for printing on Brass with clear. When we use clear there are few dots seen in the print..When contacting fuji they told us that it is unavoidable..Is there any other way we can clear coat the brass..Running out of options..

Our acuity is creating problems. It takes in the printing file. The heads starts moving but the printing is not being done. There is no error shown on the acuity server. Please help. Very urgent. Fuji service people are out of station. The ink levels are all correct!

hello all, We have just bought the acuity advance select. We are printing on wooden veneer sheets. The print quality is good but the only problem is that the wooden veneer gets bent after the printing is done. Need few suggestions to avoid the bend.
