    I've been trying to troubleshoot consistent bad test draws (nozzle washes, replaced dumper, air purge, injecting cleaning fluid) with little results. I noticed a lot of fresh ink leaking down the spiral waste tube for head one. Does this point to clogging in the line or an air leak or anything...

    I need foam swabs asap to troubleshoot a defecting print head/nozzle. A local office supply store sells foam Tape Head Cleaning Swabs. Would this be ok to use on our Mimaki printer? Thank you.

    PLEASE ADVISE. Magenta completely absent from test draw on UJF-3042.

    The cleaning only seems to make it worse.

    When I run the test draw, the magenta is completely absent and the blue is pretty spotty as well. I've tried multiple extended nozzle washes (40-60 minutes) and hard cleanings with no real improvement. Any responses would be appreciated. Thanks!
