yes, so say im cutting out a circle sticker, it will leave just enough to keep the circle on the material, but allows me to punch it out by hand... if it cuts out completely it falls out and the pinch rollers destroy my work.

should I just run water through it? or pull some ink and push the ink through the heads?

should I attempt a manual head cleaning with solvent through the manifold via syringe?

Theres only one head for the magenta... I can't believe its dry, not any other head did that during the same cycle.... I guess If I cant find a solution im selling this thing for parts!

So I work for a sign company and having problems creating pantone and shermin William colors. The monitor shows the color but printing is no where near where I need to be. So I have to mix and match and play with it.... is there an easier way?

hey thanks Doug for following up with me. I did notice alot of gunk and gave all my rubber seals a real good and deep clean, their practically new, and alot i noticed a small change it never was 100%.
