    i may have exaggerated with a cm lol! i think the cause of my issue is the far pinch roller rubber is coming off slowly and has a bit of play in it. have ordered a fresh one today i hope that helps! thanks anyway, will check your thread!

    Hey there, Just looking for some advice on why the cutline on my 540v starts fine at the control panel end but by the time its at the other end its gone out by nearly a full centimetre. have tried an env. match and print cut alignment. any ideas? Thanks.
