too much heat?

I know that grays are difficult. Does anyone have any idea what is causing these green lines in the grays? When I run it again, lines seem to be pretty consistent in placement. Feed direction indicated by arrow. Roland 540spi, Avery 1105.

Need to wrap a portion of a white box truck to cover over some painted (blue) graphics. What cost-effective gloss white vinyl would be best to cover? No printing, just goes on to cover. Prefer to not buy a full roll, just by the yard.

In case anyone else runs into this, no amount of elbow grease coupled with a microfiber cloth and various cleaners (water, alcohol, goop, etc.) got this off. Magic Eraser with nothing on it wiped it off in two seconds. Go figure.

It's a film shoot. I'm not involved in anything other than providing them with a wrapped vehicle. I'm leaning toward standard wrap vinyl anyway. It's a fast turn around and I'd rather not fight an unknown material that doesn't have air egress or reposition.

I can make cuts and seems where i never would, because it's a superficial wrap for the shoot.
